Our Mission
To empower young people through culture, arts and education; to strengthen cultural integration and mutual understanding between people of different origins; and to grow the next generation of responsible community leaders in Helsinki and across Finland. We do this by offering safe, low-threshold and free or low-cost activities designed together with young people themselves.
Our Vision
A Finland where every young person feels seen, heard and valued — where cultural diversity is a source of strength, where creativity and learning are open to all, and where young people actively shape the communities they live in.
What we do
Four pillars of our work
- 01
Youth Leadership Workshops
Practical training in public speaking, project planning, teamwork and civic participation — so young people can lead initiatives in their schools, neighbourhoods and associations.
- 02
Cultural Exchange Programs
Gatherings, festivals and exchanges where young people share their heritage, languages, music and food, and build lasting friendships across cultures.
- 03
Digital Literacy & Arts Academies
Hands-on courses in digital skills, media, photography, music and visual arts that open creative and professional pathways.
- 04
Community Mentorship
One-to-one and group mentoring connecting young people with trained volunteer mentors for guidance on studies, work and everyday life in Finland.
